How do I shop at

Shopping at is pretty straightforward. You start with browsing the site, adding the items of your choice to the shopping bag, checking out your order by filling in your contact and address details, and finally paying for your order. Once your payment is cleared, we will deliver your order to the shipping address you provide at check out.

Do I have to register first?

No, you can shop as a guest. However, registering at does have its own perks. Not only can you check out much faster because your billing and shipping addresses are kept on record, you may also be eligible for member-only discount and promotional items. Therefore, we highly recommend that you register first.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept bank transfers to our BCA and Mandiri bank account. We will soon accept credit card payments. Please refer to the Payment page for further updates.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Once your payment is cleared, your order will be dispatched within the estimated dispatch time. You may want to check this first prior to ordering. Product dispatch time is stated on every product page. We use JNE as our preferred courier and you may refer to the Delivery & Return page for further details.

Can I have a custom-made product designed by Ayang Cempaka for my business or event?

Of course. Ayang Cempaka will be very excited to work together with you. However, due to the limited resources that we have, we always limit the number of custom projects that we accept every month. Please describe your needs by filling in the contact form in the Contact page.
